On this lesson we get familiar with Craft Cms documentation.
It has been the best investment I made in my design journey so far. I would consider myself a novice but I honestly feel like I've gained a genuine professional insight into the process of creating a high-level website.
I'm an early adopter of the KreativePro Masterclass, and I love how well put together it is. Neftali takes you through each step of the process from paper sketches to marketing all with fun visuals & clear instructions!
Okay guys. So, one thing to remember is that craft CMS is a very powerful system and most likely you're going to need to understand or dive deeper into some of the terminology. And so that's why the craft CMS documentation is your go-to. A lot of the things that we will be covering on this particular course are specific to the virtual reality website that we're building, but there is still a lot of advanced things that you could still use within craft. And those things will, you will be able to find using the documentation.
In the documentation you can understand a little bit better of how some of the field types work some of the advanced front end development can help you make your site launch faster. You can learn about graphQL and the API so that you can go headless without having to use your webflow code. And you want to use a different application. Maybe you build it on view or node so it can get a little bit intimidating at first, but you don't have to worry because the documentation has got you covered.
It's got everything you need, it does get a little bit boring having to read through all this. And honestly, I've had a lot of trouble with it myself in the past because they had not organized it in a way that made sense, but they came up with on the community they brought in a guy called Matt. And this guy is started to focus solely on the documentation.
And this was a resent update, not very long ago, the whole documentation was updated so that it would be easier to find anything that you need. So, go ahead and jump into the documentation. Look at the resources, look at some of the basic stuff that they have, but most of the things that we will be covering will be on this video.
All right. So what I want to do is go jump into the next lesson, which we will cover installation of Craft nitro into your local system. Okay, let's jump in.
