## Approach

Recognizing a critical gap in the nonprofit sector, I designed Givebutter's scanner app to enable seamless live event management for fundraising organizations:

- Conducted comprehensive user journey mapping and system flow analysis
- Developed strategic wireframes and interaction models
- Built and tested functional prototypes for usability validation
